Reply DeleteĬoffeewithgames Apat I did read the review for it. Punishingly hard and rewarding at the same time. If 9 was my first ever, here are my thoughts: There is also the Mega Man Anniversary Collection for Gamecube(games 1-8 and 2 x games I think), which I saw used for $3 the other day, would've bought that if I had some sort of Gamecube controller with a bigger Dpad. I would recommend either of those 2 games to start with. I was between 2 and 3 because those were the ones I heard the most about. I later bought Mega Man 3 with my refund from when the internet channel went free. I just like me some good clean pixel art, part of the reason I adore NMH2. The throwback graphics were right up my alley, though I opted not to use the graphical glitches like slowdown and flicker. Its so simple, jump, shoot, don't get hit.

I actually ended up buying Mega Man 9 when that launched making it my second game. I enjoyed it, but nowadays, with the internet at my disposal, I see that its one of the lesser versions.
